Our organization is dedicated to promoting the prevention or control of mental and physical health conditions caused, or contributed to, by a lack of resilience (Diseases) by building resilience in people, by:
Implementing programs and workshops that build resilience and coping skills;
Supporting people through counselling and peer support groups;
Increasing awareness of the importance of resilience;
Collaborating with healthcare authorities, educators, providers and workers in relation to the above.
