Recognising the Wider Hospitality Community

Behind every restaurant recognised are people whose work makes the experience possible: kitchen and front-of-house teams, growers, fishers, farmers, winemakers, suppliers, apprentices and business owners.

For C4R - CENTRE FOR RESILIENCE, this milestone also highlights the importance of a strong hospitality sector to regional communities, employment and the visitor economy. Excellence depends on skilled people, dependable supply chains and businesses able to sustain quality through changing conditions.

This international recognition creates an opportunity to introduce more visitors to South Australia’s restaurants, wine regions, accommodation and local experiences. Turning that attention into lasting benefit will require continued support for the people and businesses behind the achievement.

To every restaurant and individual recognised, congratulations. Your craft, commitment and hospitality have given South Australia much to celebrate.
